5th Candlelight Concert

Celebrate the holidays with a concert of festive chamber music and seasonal favorites presented in an intimate setting for which it was intended.
Featured works are Beethoven’s String Quartet Op. 18, No. 1 in F major: One of Beethoven’s first string quartets illustrating his power of the individual motif and revered by all and John Ireland’s Sextet for Clarinet, Horn & String Quartet: A luscious English Romantic work inspired by Brahms’s Clarinet Quintet, Op. 118.
